Service Quality Approved
Modern businesses look to document their quality development process on both an internal and external basis. Organisational units who show a particularly excellent service in customer relations should be recognised. With the Qualiance seal of ”approved service quality,“ and the further Qualiance-Award, these achievements can be rewarded.
The Qualiance-Certificate of „approved service quality“ is given to those companies who meet the following three criteria:
- The business has has set standards for quality in customer services
- The quality in customer contact is measured on a regular basis using the appropriate testing and measurement-methods
- The results are used to systematically implement development strategies, usually through de-centralised processes
The meeting of these requirements is certified by Qualiance. The certification process consists of:
- Expert interviews with responsible personnel
- a certification workshop
- Quality audits in de-central company branches
The process is designed to stress the internal company resources as little as possible. The certification is independent of whether Qualiance also has responsibility for the quality measurement.
