Qualiance Award
It is important that the findings of quality measurement are broken down, in order to be able to identify strengths and weaknesses in individual units. The best services identified should be rewarded. This is a recognition of the standards met and improves motivation other units. For these services, Qualiance presents the Qualiance Award. This can be awarded for good services of a unit or for the best improvement in comparison to previous research and is valid until the next assessment.
We advise our clients how the award can be used to optimal effect, improving company motivation, and drive toward further development. Linking this with other incentives (eg. Public recognition at celebratory occasions, other awards) makes sense. This gains acceptance with our clients staff and achieves big changes in motivation.
