Workshops
The most effective way of working directly with our clients at improving their customer relations is our Workshops. These can be used in each target group, from company management down to branch personnel. The contents can be based around a strategy, concept, operations or the implementation process as a whole. The basic principle is that Qualiance makes the framework accessible and moderates the event. Under our guidance, the contents of the workshops are taken up by the participants and made concrete through group work. Qualiance’s experience in parallel situations also feeds into the workshop material.
