Training and Coaching

All Qualiance development steps are interactively developed with our clients from concept to implementation. Knowledge and ideas by us are fully integrated with the concepts developed within the company. This meets with the everyday needs of cost efficiency and improves acceptance amongst the acting people in the company itself.

Training

Personnel courses and training are important for all levels of the company to accept changes, as well as reaching a high level of customer orientation. Qualiance offers training programs, especially designed for a particular company and its relevant needs. These are tailored around concrete staff and customer contact scenarios. The courses are lead by lecturers or trainers with experience in the sector.

Both in design and implementation, our work is grounded in the ethos „help for self-help“. With our carefully designed training programs, tranining departements in the company itself can conduct a large proportion of the courses internally. This allows for a cost effective, individual learning support, with immediate transferral of skills into workplace practice.

Training programs can be consolidated with consulting tests. Personnel, who have participated in the training program, are soon after tested by an experienced coach and receive feedback on their service. By this means, the contents of the course are consolidated and further room for improvement can be identified.

Coaching

Experienced coaches support staff in setting targets in the implementation process. This includes accompanying staff to where they work and immediately bringing about these improvements. Coaching programs are specifically designed for each of our clients and tend to run over longer periods of time.
