The name Qualiance is a combination of the words quality and alliance. Its meaning: together we will do everything that is required for you to improve your quality of customer relations and the success of your company.
Qualiance specialises in the measurement and development of customer related quality. Unlike the measurement of product quality, customer service or sales quality do not easily dispose themselves to assessment. We can provide you with the opportunity to test these qualities, as a means of formulating and implementing concrete steps, tailor made towards your company’s improvement.
Qualiance is made up of a multidisciplinary team boasting qualifications in economics, psychology, social sciences and information technology. All employees have several years’ management experience, across a variety of sectors. We combine the methodological competence required for research projects, with the sector understanding required to ensure we provide the specialist tailor made service for each of our clients, to assist in formulating, monitoring and the implementation of development.
